HOW WE WORK

Four phases, one team, no handoffs. Most of what goes wrong in a build goes wrong in the gaps between people. We keep the same team from the first site walk to the final key.

1. 01

   DISCOVERY

   We walk the site with you and your architect: orientation, grade, light, access, and the rhythm of how you actually live. We return with a feasibility read and an honest budget range before anyone signs anything.

2. 02

   PRE-CONSTRUCTION

   Detailed estimating, value engineering where it earns its keep, material sourcing and trade selection. Long-lead items — stone, millwork, glazing — are secured before we break ground so the schedule holds.

3. 03

   CONSTRUCTION

   One project lead, on site, accountable. Weekly walkthroughs, photographic progress records and a clean, quiet, respectful site. Custom components are prepared in our own workshop before they arrive.

4. 04

   HANDOVER & CARE

   A full commissioning pass, documented systems, and a walkthrough that leaves you knowing your house. We return at three months and twelve months, and stay available long after.
