We begin by understanding the property, the way you want to live, and what the home is meant to become.
Site conditions, budget, schedule, and project priorities are considered early, establishing a clear foundation for the project from the outset.

THE PROJECT TEAM
Some projects begin with an architect or designer already in place. Others begin with a client and a clear vision.
When needed, we introduce architects and designers whose experience and body of work are well suited to the project, bringing together the right team from the outset.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION
Before construction begins, the project is developed in detail.
We refine the scope, establish pricing and schedule, review plans for constructability, coordinate materials and long-lead elements, and resolve key decisions in advance.

PERMITTING & COORDINATION
When an architect is leading the project, permitting is typically managed by their team, with Golden Vine closely involved in coordination and preparation for construction.
When a client comes to us without a project team in place, we coordinate the architects, engineers, consultants, and approvals required to prepare the project for construction.

CONSTRUCTION
Our team manages the build from demolition and structural work through custom finishes and final installation.
Scheduling, inspections, procurement, quality control, site management, and communication are handled with precision and close attention to craftsmanship.
Throughout construction, we stay closely connected with the architects, designers, consultants, and specialists involved, keeping communication clear and decisions coordinated throughout the build.

HANDOVER & CARE
Before completion, the home is carefully reviewed, final adjustments are completed, and every detail is prepared for handover.
We walk you through the finished home and remain available afterward for any final needs that arise.
