Golden Vine Builders is a Los Angeles based boutique luxury builder and developer serving clients throughout Southern California. We specialize in high-end custom homes, property development, major renovations, and complete interior and exterior transformations.

What began more than 20 years ago as a private family venture focused on building, developing, and selling residential properties has evolved into Golden Vine Builders. Today, the second generation carries that experience forward, bringing decades of hands-on building experience to a refined, highly personal approach to luxury residential building.

Our projects are shaped through close collaboration with architects, designers, and clients. Some begin with an established design team; others begin with a client and a clear vision. When needed, we introduce architects and designers whose experience and body of work are well suited to the project, bringing together the right team to turn that vision into a home of exceptional quality.
